kkkjiji Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "kkkjiji," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the kkkjiji online gaming platform accessible at kkkjiji.net and all associated services, mobile interfaces, and sub-domains operated thereunder.
• "Player," "you," or "the User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the kkkjiji platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created through the kkkjiji registration process and accessed via the kkkjiji Login page.
• "Real-Money Gaming" means any game, bet, or wager placed on the kkkjiji platform using deposited Philippine Peso (₱) funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's account by kkkjiji as part of a promotion or welcome offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process kkkjiji conducts in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kkkjiji. By completing the registration process on kkkjiji, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, or by simply using the platform's services after these Terms have been made available to you, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• You agree to comply with all rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein, including kkkjiji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and kkkjiji relating to your use of the platform.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on kkkjiji, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a kkkjiji employee or contractor;
• You have not previously been excluded from kkkjiji through a self-exclusion request or been permanently banned for a violation of these Terms;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are opening the Account solely for your own personal entertainment and not for commercial purposes.

kkkjiji reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal requests pending verification.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on kkkjiji at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. kkkjiji relies on the information you provide for KYC, payment processing, and communication. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of these Terms.

4.3 KYC Verification

kkkjiji is required to conduct KYC verification in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. kkkjiji may request KYC documents at any time and may delay or withhold withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Account Currency

All kkkjiji Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP. kkkjiji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies through its standard payment interface.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kkkjiji Login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You agree to:

• Never share your kkkjiji Login password with any other person;
• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify kkkjiji immediately via Live Chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

kkkjiji will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team. kkkjiji accepts no liability for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kkkjiji currently supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and kkkjiji reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment channels at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your current Account verification status.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 4.3. kkkjiji aims to process GCash withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. kkkjiji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

6.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

As a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure, kkkjiji may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Requests to withdraw to a different method may require additional verification and approval.

6.5 No Cash-Out of Deposits Without Wagering

Deposited funds that have not been used in gameplay may be subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal, subject to the specific terms of any applicable promotion. Players should review active bonus terms before requesting withdrawals.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by kkkjiji are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each promotion is presented. General conditions that apply to all kkkjiji promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per player, per promotion, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any withdrawal of winnings derived from those Bonus Funds can be requested;
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus amounts and associated winnings will be forfeited after the stated expiry;

• Bonuses cannot be combined unless expressly stated in the promotion terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent kkkjiji's bonus system — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or using automated software to accumulate bonus value — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kkkjiji reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the kkkjiji platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, sabong, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing the rules of each game before participating.

8.1 RNG Certification

All kkkjiji casino games utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology provided by reputable third-party game studios. Game outcomes are independently random and are not subject to manipulation by kkkjiji or by players. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are set in accordance with each game provider's published specifications.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on kkkjiji, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, are subject to the specific sports betting rules and settlement procedures published in the sports section of the platform. kkkjiji reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets, or delay settlement in cases of data errors, event cancellations, or suspected irregularities.

8.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical malfunction, server failure, or connectivity interruption during a game round, kkkjiji will take reasonable steps to reconstruct game state from server logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, kkkjiji may void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. kkkjiji is not liable for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkkjiji platform:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with kkkjiji games or systems;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using kkkjiji for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity in violation of Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage — any such winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kkkjiji staff or other players via the platform's communication channels;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to kkkjiji's systems, databases, or other players' accounts;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account or Account credentials to any third party.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kkkjiji platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, trade names, trademarks, service marks, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of kkkjiji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kkkjiji platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the kkkjiji platform or its content without the prior written consent of kkkjiji.

11 Privacy

kkkjiji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using kkkjiji, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

kkkjiji implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. You are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to enable two-factor authentication on your kkkjiji Account.

12 Responsible Gaming

kkkjiji is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or emotional distress. In support of this commitment, kkkjiji provides the following tools accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logouts after a specified play duration;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a set period of 24 hours up to 30 days;

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kkkjiji shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the kkkjiji platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

kkkjiji's total cumulative liability to you for any direct damages arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kkkjiji Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kkkjiji does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any specific game outcome or bet result will be achieved. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

14 Termination & Account Closure

14.1 Closure by Player

You may close your kkkjiji Account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, kkkjiji will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14.2 Closure by kkkjiji

kkkjiji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• kkkjiji is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order;
• kkkjiji has reasonable grounds to believe your Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.

In cases of closure due to a breach of these Terms, kkkjiji reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be returned subject to the outcome of such investigation.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of kkkjiji, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the kkkjiji support team. kkkjiji will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted via email to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority in the Philippines for final resolution.

16 Amendments to These Terms

kkkjiji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kkkjiji will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the kkkjiji platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.1.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly noted at the top of the document.
